The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is single piece of one product. But in the complete order there must be atleast 5 products. They can all be of one design or 5 different designs. The bulk rate (FOB) is the final wholesale price for self pick up of the items from Jaipur. The charges of courier/ shipping to your place would be additional depending upon the weight of the parcel. There is no additional commission/ discount on the FOB price. The order amount and the shipping charges are required to be transferred in the Bank account of the company before dispatch of the parcel from Jaipur. All payments are to be made only through A/c payee Cheque, Demand Draft/ Net Banking. The order would be dispatched from our Jaipur office through Bluedart, Safe Express or First Flight for domestic orders. The shipping charges of Rs. 50 per kg are based on actual charged by the courier companies.
All defective products would be replaced at no extra cost after their receipt at Jaipur. We would send the replacement within 2 days of receipt of return. There would be no refund of the order amount, only the individual defective products can be exchanged. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur.
